GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
We deliver to most countries within Europe as well as Norway, the USA, Greenland, and Iceland. At checkout, you will see which countries are available for delivery.
Together with our shipping partners, we assume responsibility for the transport risk, i.e., the risk of the goods being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You and the shipping company assume the risk in the event of a return to us.
When you receive your package, it is important to inspect it immediately. If the packaging and its contents are damaged, notify your collection point or the carrier directly, as well as us at info@jumperfabriken.se
We are not responsible for any customs duties or other charges that may apply to purchases delivered to countries outside of Sweden.
During sales periods, please allow an additional day for delivery.
DELIVERY WITH DHL
We offer delivery with DHL within the EU. At checkout, you will see which delivery options are available for your country.
In most cases, the package is delivered to a delivery box or a collection point within your area. Once the package has arrived at the collection point, you will receive an SMS notification. The collection point will store the package for 7 days, after which it will automatically be returned to us. We cannot influence how long the package is held at the collection point. We recommend to download the DHL app to track your package.
DELIVERY WITH UPS
We offer delivery with UPS to several countries outside the EU, such as the USA, Iceland, and Greenland. At checkout, you will see which delivery options are available for your country.
Your package will be delivered to a UPS collection point within the postal code area you provided. Once the package has arrived at the collection point, you will receive an SMS notification. The package will remain at the collection point for 7 days, after which it will automatically be returned to us. We cannot influence how long the package is held at the collection point.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping cost varies by country, delivery method, and order amount. You will see the applicable shipping cost in your cart. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
The package will be held for 7 days at your collection point. After that, it will automatically be returned to us. We cannot influence how long the package is held at the collection point. We charge an administrative fee of 199 SEK / 129 DKK / 19 EURO for unclaimed packages.
