Returns
We hope you will love your new items, but if they don't fit as expected, you are welcome to make a return. You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive or pick it up. The product must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached. We process all returns within 10 business days from when the return reaches our warehouse. RETURNS WITHIN SWEDEN AND THE EU
For deliveries within Sweden and the EU, we include a prepaid return label. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.
How to make a return:
1. Fill out the included return form and pack it with the items.
2. Attach the prepaid return label to the package.
3. Drop the package off at a service point and keep the receipt.
If you chose to pay with a Klarna invoice, log in to Klarna and register the return. This will pause your invoice until we have processed your return.
RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU
For deliveries to all countries outside the EU, no return label is included in the shipment.
How to make a return:
1. Fill out the included return form and pack it with the items.
2. Book trackable shipping with your preferred carrier.
3. Drop the package off at a service point and keep the receipt.
Send the return directly to our warehouse. We cannot pick up packages sent to service points. We recommend always using trackable shipping. You are responsible for the item until we have received it.

RETURNS IN STORE
You are welcome to drop off your return at our store at Skånegatan 80 in Stockholm. Please note that exchanges are not available in-store. If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, you will need to make a new purchase.

European Union: 9,90 EURO
REFUNDS FOR RETURNS
You will be refunded using the same payment method as your original purchase. Refunds are issued once we have processed your return. Shipping costs are not refunded.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
If you do not collect your package in time, it will automatically be returned to us when the holding period expires. We charge an administrative fee of 199 SEK / 129 DKK / 19 EUR for uncollected packages. This amount will be deducted from your refund when we register the return.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock. Instead, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order.
If you used a discount code and want to order the same item in a different size or color, we can offer the same discount again. Place a new order for the item and let us know your new order number, and we will adjust the amount accordingly.
